Frequently Asked Questions |

| Listed below are many of the questions we most frequently deal with. |
|
|
"How many items do I need to buy?"
For the most part we don't have any minimums. Screenprinted orders of less than 24 pieces do incur a $12.00 screen charge per color printed but there is no fee for less than minimum on embroidery. Other mediums, such as patches, watches, mugs and other specialties do have minimums that vary from product to product. Please contact us for more information.
|
"How long does it take to get my order?"
Most orders will be turned around in two weeks or less. However some larger orders to take longer than that to produce. Whenever this is the case we will let you know and give you a date you can expect to receive your order by. Let us know if you have an event or date you need to have your merchandise by and (if at all possible) we will make sure you have it when you need it.
|
"What are your artwork requirements?"
We can work with hard copies of artwork as long as it's nice and clean. You can also submit art via e-mail or on a disc. Electronic art should be at least 300dpi and jpeg's will work just fine.
We cannot accept artwork via fax or clips that are captured off of the internet.
The digitizing process will take about a week after we receive your artwork. (All our digitizing is done manually rather than by automatic software in order to gain the highest quality therefore it takes a bit more time). After the digitizing is complete, we will sew out your design and submit it for your approval before putting it on the actual product.
|
"How much does it cost to digitize?"
Usually 50.00 but we like to see the design before we quote it. |
"How big (or small) can my design be? What are the limits?"
We can embroider designs up to 14" wide. Small lettering is very hard to reproduce with embroidery and usually needs to be at least a quarter of an inch tall. Other than the limitations presented by needle and thread, there is a lot we can do. |
"What if I don't have a design, but need something done? Do you have someone who can design for me?"
We do not have a graphic artist on staff (we work with exisiting designs and digitize them into an embroidery format) but we do work with a local graphic artist who does great work! We also have a large selection of stock designs that can be adapted to suit your needs. |
"What if I need my order rushed?"
We will make every effort to meet your deadline. Make sure to let us know if there is a specific date you need it by. |
"Can I embroider on any material?"
Usually. The real question is whether or not we can get it on one of our machines. The only way we can know for sure is by trying. Bring it in and we'll see what we can do.
|
"Can I bring in my own item for embroidery? Can I buy items from you?"
You're more than welcome to bring in your own items. We do not guarantee customer-supplied material however. (Some things just aren't designed with decoration in mind.) We specialize in items that were meant to be decorated and stand behind them if something goes wrong. We do have numerous items on stock available for purchase and can order you in just about anything. |
"Is there a minimum order? Is there a maximum?"
There are no minimums for embroidered items. Screenprinted orders do have a minimum of 12 pieces and some specialty items have aminimums that vary from item to item. There are no maximums. |
